1. Who is responsible for your information?

2. Information we may collect

• Registration and contact details: your name, email address, telephone number, business name or role, location and information you choose to provide when registering or asking a question.
• Payment and transaction information: ticket selection, payment status, amount and confirmation references. Card or bank credentials should be handled by the payment provider, not sent to us by email or WhatsApp.
• Training and community information: attendance, questions, workbook responses, messages and feedback you choose to share during the Training or optional WhatsApp community.
• Technical information: limited device, browser, IP or log information generated by the website, registration service or virtual training platform. We will update this notice and request consent where required before using non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies.

3. Why we use it

We use personal information to process your registration and payment; provide joining details, materials, replay access and support; run and improve the Training; communicate important service changes; protect participants and our systems; comply with legal obligations; and, where you have opted in, send relevant Events by AD updates.

We rely on the legal basis that fits the purpose, including taking steps at your request or performing our contract with you, consent, a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating a safe and effective training business. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

4. When we share information

We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us operate the Training, such as payment processors, registration and email providers, virtual-event platforms, cloud storage or support providers. We may also share information with instructors or event delivery partners where needed to run the Training, with WhatsApp if you voluntarily join the community, or with authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal information. Our providers must handle information only for authorised purposes and with appropriate safeguards.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside Nigeria. Where this happens, we will use the safeguards and transfer mechanism required by applicable data-protection law, taking account of the country and service involved.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including delivering the Training, managing enquiries and meeting accounting, tax, dispute-resolution or other legal requirements. No online service can be completely secure, so please keep your access links and account details private and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

The Training is designed for event professionals and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without the appropriate authority, please contact us so that we can review and address it.
