Terms of Participation

1. Who these terms are with

These Terms of Participation (“Terms”) apply to your registration for and attendance at The Event Business Blueprint (the “Training”), organised by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]] trading as Events by AD (“Events by AD”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They form an agreement between you and us when you register, buy a ticket or attend the Training.

Our privacy practices are set out in our Privacy Notice.

2. The Training

The Training is a live virtual business training scheduled for Wednesday, 4 November and Thursday, 5 November 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM WAT on each day. The programme, instructors, format, supporting materials and session order may be reasonably adjusted where needed to deliver the Training.

You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and any software needed to join. We will send joining details to the email address used for registration.

3. Registration, prices and payment

• Registration is subject to availability and is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
• The price presented when you complete your purchase applies to that purchase. The advertised prices are ₦45,000 Early Bird and ₦50,000 Regular, subject to the applicable offer period and any checkout information.
• Tickets are for the registered participant’s personal use. You may not resell, reproduce or commercially exploit a ticket or access code without our written permission.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your joining link and access credentials secure.

4. Cancellations, transfers and refunds

Any refund, transfer, substitution, cancellation or rescheduling terms shown at checkout or in your registration confirmation apply to your ticket. [[INSERT APPROVED REFUND / TRANSFER / RESCHEDULING POLICY HERE]]

If an event change materially affects your attendance, contact us using the details below. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Your participation

We want a thoughtful, useful learning room. You must not disrupt sessions, harass others, share discriminatory or unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, or use the Training to promote unrelated services without permission. We may remove or restrict access where this is reasonably necessary to protect participants, instructors or the integrity of the Training.

The private WhatsApp community is optional. If you join it, you must also follow the rules shared in that community.

6. Materials, replay and intellectual property

The Training, workbook, templates, replay, slides and other materials are provided for your own learning and business use unless we state otherwise. Events by AD and relevant contributors retain all intellectual-property rights in them.

You may not record, copy, publish, share, sell, distribute or create derivative training products from any session or material without our written permission. Replay access, where included with your ticket, is for the registered participant only and is available on the terms communicated at registration.

7. No guaranteed business outcome

The Training is educational. It shares practical perspectives and tools, but it is not legal, financial, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice. Your decisions and results remain your responsibility; we do not guarantee a particular income, number of clients, business result or outcome.

8. Third-party services and responsibility

We may use payment providers, video platforms, WhatsApp and other service providers to deliver the Training. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Events by AD is not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, including internet interruption, third-party platform outages or your device compatibility.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably needed. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Where a material change affects an existing registration, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered participants through their registration contact details.
